Freelance journalist Adelmo Fernandes who has been contributing to various Goan newspapers for forty plus years was felicitated on Independence Day. Fernandes was felicitated at the hands of Dinraj Govekar, former Superintendent of Police at a function organized by Madhur Sandesh Center Trust at Sancoale. The function was held at the Aashiyana Institute in Sancoale.
