Goa's chef Ketan Dilip Naik achieved notable success on the global culinary stage after earning multiple awards at the prestigious International Salon Culinaire, held during Food, Drink & Hospitality Week which was at Excel, London. Ketan, who hails from Sacorda-Dharbandora, was recognized in two competitive categories—R1 Starter Plates and LT16 The Oriental Duck Culinary Showdown—demonstrating both creativity and technical excellence.
The competition was organized in association with Hospitality & Restaurant Catering (HRC), which is regarded as one of the most respected culinary showcases in the industry, attracting chefs from across the world.
