Over 2,000 Shram-Dham warriors are expected to attend a statewide ‘Shram-Dham’ convention will be held in Panaji on August 23. On Wednesday, Speaker Ramesh Tawadkar chaired a preparatory meeting for the upcoming Shram-Dham convention at Poinguinim-Canacona, where key Shram-Dham warriors and karyakartas took part. During discussion the Speaker guided the karyakartas on the necessary planning to ensure smooth execution of the convention. “Around 2,000 Shram-Dham warriors, Karyakartas and well-wishers from across Goa are expected to participate and the event will mainly focus on exchange of ideas, sharing of experiences, and showcasing the works done by the warriors,” said Tawadkar during the meeting.
