Shree Rastroli Vitthal Rakhumai temple at Bandirwada-Asnora will be celebrating Shimagotsava by staging Marathi and Konkani plays from April 8 to 11. The religious celebrations will begin on April 8 at 10 in the morning and at 9.30 pm Shree Vitthal Rakhumai Haushi Natya Mandal will present a Marathi play 'Vyankoji Wagh’, directed by Kanta Salgaonkar. On April 9, Kishori Cultural Group, Bandirwada will stage 'Ye re Mazhya Maglya', a play written by Baba Prasad and directed by Kanta Salgaonkar at 9 pm. On April 10, Shree Rastroli Vitthal Rakhumai Haushi Natya Mandal will stage play 'Raigadacha Rajeshwar' at 9.30 pm. Written by Ram Shinde, the play is directed by Satyawan Salgaonkar. On April 11, Bandirwada Boys Asnora will stage a Konkani play 'Pappa eke Pappa' in memory of late Rajendra Naik. The play is written by Rajdeep Naik.
