PANAJI: Samraat Club Panaji felicitated senior Kathak guru Amala Suri Patkar at her residence on July 30 on the occasion of Guru Purnima. Patkar, a well-known name in the field of Kathak, served as a Kathak teacher at Kala Academy for nearly 25 years. The club honoured her for her dedication and contribution to the art form. Samraat Club Panaji President Smrt Anju Desai, along with Smrt Pravin Sabnis, Smrt Shivkumar Joshi, Smrt Manjeet Bedi Gupta and Smrt Surabhi Tirlotkar, were present on the occasion.
