Salim Shaikh, partner of Ms Apple Ply, Cuncolim Industrial Estate under CSR has sponsored 30 metal barricades and 30 umbrellas for Traffic Cell, Panaji.
The umbrellas will protect the police staff during heavy rains and metal barricades will help Traffic Police in regulating traffic during VVIP visits and other bandobast duties. Apple Ply has also earlier sponsored 30 metal barricades for Traffic Cell Margao and 30 barricades for Traffic Cell Vasco. The Goa Police has appreciated the initiative of Salim Shaikh.
