The Captain of Ports has informed that Jayant Jaiprakash Duble, President of JD Sports Youth Club, Nagpur, Maharashtra will be swimming in the Adventure Sea Swimming Expedition under the FIT India Movement.
On February 4, 2021, between 10.15 am to 3.15 pm (approximately) starting from Fort Chapora “ 15o, 36’, 27.0” N, 73o 43’ 53.7” E, finishing at Fort Aguada “ 15o 27’ 27.5” N, 73o 46’ 01.8” E.
Similarly, on February 7, 2021, between 8.45 am to 3 pm (approximately) starting from Zuari Bridge “ 15o 24’ 38.4” N, 73o 54’ 20.3” E and finishing at Mandovi Bridge “ 15o 30’ 08.9” N 73o50’ 08.6” E.
All owners/masters/serang of barges, passenger launches, ferry boats, tindels of fishing trawlers and operators of the mechanized and non-mechanized crafts including the tourist boats, cruise boats plying at the above locality are hereby cautioned to keep a sharp lookout, go slow and if necessary stop at a safe distance so as not to cause any hindrance during the above period and strictly adhere to the on the spot instructions issued by the patrolling boats with the red flag. Violation of the above will be viewed seriously.
