PANAJI: Institute Menezes Braganza (IMB) will be conducting an open elocution competition in memory of speaker and writer Vishnu Wagh. The event that is organised every year by IMB will be held on February 18 in IBM auditorium in Panaji.
The contest is in open category and participants between the age 20-60 can speak on ‘Vishnu Wagh: Best Orator’ for eight minutes in any one language “ Marathi, Hindi, Konkani or English.
If more participants express wish to speak, a test would be conducted to select 15.
