Governor PS Sreedharan Pillai will distribute financial aid to four social welfare centres in South Goa, including two separate hostels for Girls and Boys in Canacona on Saturday. According to a communique from Raj Bhavan, Governor will first the visit the Valentine's Little Heaven at Colva and Fatma Aasra at Benaulim during the first session of Saturday.
The governor will later proceed to Canacona’s Shri Mataji Mandir Vidhyarthi Vasatigruha (Boys Hostel) at Tembewada-Canacona by 4 pm and then to the Seva Sankalp, Kanya Vastigruha Loliem by 5 pm. Besides visiting and interacting with the inmates, the governor is expected to disburse financial aid to these social welfare organisations.
