PANAJIThree students have emerged as winners in the essay contest held jointly on the occasion of Environment Day by Goa Science Centre (Miramar), State Social Welfare department and Directorate of Health Services. Punit Talvanekar from Government High School Pernem bagged the first prize while Sawani Kamulkar from Shree Kamleshwar High School Pernem stood second.
