PANAJI
A solo exhibition of paintings by Karnataka artist Venkatesh Patil concluded at Ujwal Art Gallery, Vagator. The exhibition, sponsored by the Department of Kannada & Culture, Government of Karnataka, was open for public viewing from May 28 to May 30. The exhibition was inaugurated by Veeresh Rudraswami, Member, Karnataka Lalitkala Academy, Bengaluru. Karankumar Jainapur, Assistant Director of Kannada & Culture Dept, Bagalakote was the chief guest for the function. Also present were Nitin Korgaonkar, art critic and music teacher at College of Music (retired); Venkateshkumar KH, teaching assistant, Visual Art Department, Karnataka University, Dharwad; SP Nidagundi, Department of Ayush, Bagalakote; Sudesh Pednekar, Founder & Director, Ujwal Art Gallery, Vagator.
