MAPUSA: Dr R G Wiseman Pinto, Professor of Pathology and former Dean of Goa University, was invited to chair the CYTOCON 2024 (54th Annual National Conference of the Indian Academy of Cytologists IAC) held at All India Institute of Medical Sciences in Jodhpur Rajasthan between November 15 to 18.
Dr Wiseman Pinto chaired the IAC Academy Oration by Dr Zahra Maleki, Professor of Pathology John Hopkins School of Medicine Baltimore, Maryland, USA along with Dr Manjula Jain former professor and Head of Pathology department Lady Hardinge Medical College New Delhi.
About 500 delegates from all over India and overseas attended the meet. The conference was held in hybrid mode and accredited by the Rajasthan Medical Council.
