Guru Poornima was celebrated at Samanvay Katthak Academy in both, online and offline mode. The students at the academy performed Guru pujan with their teacher Prerana Agarwal in the offline mode, while Prerana herself offered her tribute to all her Gurus online. the Gurupujan was celebrated by seeking the blessings of Goddess Saraswati, which is supposed to be the goddess of art and music. The chief guest Mukesh Gangani welcomed all. addressing the students, stated why it is important to respect Guru and to follow his path. To learn the skills of different arts, the student has to put in hard work and dedication, he stated.
Prerana Agarwas offered her tribute to her Gurus. Some of the students spoke on the fond bond between Guru-Shishya (teacher-disciple) and highlighted the important role of Guru in one’s life. Some of the students presented dance forms. Rohini Naik and Shona Das were also present on the occasion.
