The Indian Medical Association (IMD) Bicholim branch has announced three prizes for the sub-centres under the jurisdiction of CHC Bicholim, who complete 100 % vaccination status in their jurisdiction. The first prize will be Rs 10,000, second will be Rs 7,500 and the third will be Rs 5,000. “These prizes will be given as an incentive for the hard work they do as per 'Har ghar dastak' programme by going house to house, vaccinating people for prevention of covid. They will also be felicitated during IMA Bicholim's monthly meeting. The vaccination status needs to be certified by a committee of health officer, extension education of CHC Bicholim and Dr Kaustubh Patnekar of IMA Bicholim,” said Dr Nishank Halarnkar, secretary, IMA Bicholim branch.
