Lawyer ends life at Deshprabhu's garden in Pernem

A Mumbai-based lawyer is reported to have ended his life in the garden of the Deshprabhu House in Pernem on Sunday.According to Pernem police, the Deshprabhu family found the body of the 43-year-old lawyer, who had been working for the Deshprabhu family since the past few months and had been residing in Pernem.

Police said the deceased had left behind a note stating that no one should be held responsible for his suicide.

Pernem PSI Harish Waingankar conducted the panchanama and police later handed over the dead body to a friend from Panaji on Monday.
