MARGAO: Madgaon School Complex Cooperative Credit Society felicitated two of its members who are retired teachers, a founder member Narayanrao Kurade and an ex-Director Diwakar Lad for their contribution to this society.
The duo along with Dr Sanjay Savant Dessai was also honoured for receiving Goa State Teacher award in higher education at the hands of Chief Guest Subhash Shirodkar, Minister for Cooperation, WRD and Provedoria, and Guest of Honour Dr Rajeshwar Naik in the presence of its Chairman Babaji Sawant and office bearers at the annual felicitation programme held in the conference hall of Ravindra Bhavan, Margao.
Around 93 meritorious children of members of society were also felicitated at the programme.
