Mapusa Police has sought more details from the Bardez Sub-Registrar Rishik Naik in connection with the three sale deeds which have gone missing from the sub-registrar’s office.
On Thursday, Mapusa Police had called Naik to the police station to get more details regarding the missing sale deeds.
After an hour-long meeting, the police asked Naik to file a detailed complaint in the matter.
The three missing documents pertain to one sale deed executed in May and two others executed in June.
During an inspection, the three sale deeds were reported missing from the office, prompting the Sub-Registrar Rishik Naik to lodge a complaint with the Mapusa police.
