MARGAO
A deeply immersive “Nada Brahma” Sound & Meditation Session was successfully organised by Model Margao, an initiative of Yogiraj Digambar Kamat, at the Black Box, Ravindra Bhavan, Margao on Tuesday. The session was conducted by Gautam Garudi Naik, a certified Nada Yoga practitioner, who facilitated a powerful sound therapy experience using a variety of sound healing instruments.
Yogiraj highlighted the importance of such wellness initiatives in today’s fast-paced lifestyle, emphasizing the need for spaces that allow individuals to pause, relax, and reconnect with themselves. His wife, Neha Kamat, was also present. Unlike a conventional lecture-based session, participants were guided through a deeply calming and meditative sound therapy experience. The formal proceedings of the event were seamlessly compered by Sameer Surlakar. 50 attendees immersed themselves in the therapeutic soundscape.
