MARGAO: Viva North Veterans beat Candolim Veterans 3-1 via the tie-breaker and moved to the quarter-finals of the Betalbatim Kala Mogi 2nd All Goa Veterans Football Cup 2024, at Betalbatim ground, on Monday.

Alex, Ambrose and Raymond netted a goal each for Viva North Veteranswhile and for Miguel found the net for Candolim.

PANAJI: The Goa State team will be participating in the Swami Vivekananda U-20 Men's National Football Championship 2024 which is scheduled to be held at Ram Krishna Mission in Narainpur, Chattisgarh.The selection trials will be held on April 15, at Rosary Church ground, Navelim from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm & on April 16, at Duler Stadium, Mapusa from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm.Players born between 01.01.2005 and 31.12.2007 are eligible.Interested players should report to the Head Coach…
