MARGAO: The Konkan railway police has detained a native of Andhra Pradesh and seized from his possession liqour bottles worth around Rs 4,436.
Police informed that Gangalaiyya M. Ganganna aged 45 years, a native of Andhra Pradesh was detained at Margao Railway Station when he was in possession of around 96 bottles of Real Whisky, four bottles of IB Whisky, two bottles of McDowell Whisky, one Gold and Black Rum bottle.
Police informed that the seized liqour was later handed over to the Excise office for further investigations.
