PANAJIShree Mahalasa Narayani Charitable Trust in collaboration with GDP Foundation held a workshop on National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 transition awareness and implementation strategies for the teachers at Shree Mahalasa Narayani School in Verna recently. The motto of the workshop was to sensitise the teachers for providing the envisaged benefits to the students and nurture their growth based on the path of their true potential. GDP Foundation’s managing trustee Kishore Shah conducted this workshop along with Col Sukhaman Singh (Retd) and Thressa Isaac. Shah, a talent analyst and organisation development consultant, has been involved in the study of NEP 2020 policy and interacting with various stakeholders in Goa and other states for the last two years. He authored the transition guide ‘Together AGILE’ for teachers, a first of its kind in India which was recently launched by the Chief Minister Pramod Sawant in the presence of education secretary, SCERT director, director of Education and director of Higher Education.
