The Annual General Body Meeting of Quitula Sports Club, Aldona, will be convened on October 25 at 10.30 am in the Club Hall.
The agenda for the AGM includes reading and confirming Minutes of the Annual General Body Meeting held on August 11, 2019, to receive and adopt the Managing Committee Report for the year 2019-20, to approve and adopt the Audited Statement of Account and Balance Sheet for the year ending March 31, and any other permission of the chair, states a press note by QSC General Secretary Blaise D’Cruz.
