The Prabandhak Committee of Gurudwara Shri Guru Singh Sabha at Betim will be celebrating the cultural festival ‘Baisakhi’ on April 14 and April 16 at the Gurudwara. “We are celebrating Khalsa Srujan Divas and Vaishakhi with Kirtan and Langar at the Betim Gurudwara. This year we have invited Kirtan Ragi Shree Satnam Singh ji from the Golden Temple of Amritsar for singing kirtan and around 2000 persons from our community would be attending this Kirtan that would begin at 1 pm on April 14. We also have a Langar for all the visitors,” stated Harvinder Singh from Betim Gurudwara. On April 16 there is Nagar Kirtan procession at 2.30 pm, starting from the Gurudwara Saheb and taking route via Gauri Petrol pump, O Coqueiro Circle, Chowgum road, Shiv Mandir, Saligao and back.
