The 6th edition of ‘Vichar Vaibhav’ magazine was released at the hands of the Director of the Department of Information & Publicity Dipak Bandekar at Panaji yesterday. The tri-monthly magazine entitled ‘Vichar Vaibhav’ is completing two successful years of its inception this year. Information Officer Prakash Naik, Asst. Information Officer, Nikhil Prajakte, Information Assistant Pooja Palyekar, President of All Goa Newspaper Letter Writers Association, Shashikant Sardesai were among those who present on the occasion. The owner, editor of this magazine, Tukaram Shetgaonkar is in the field of writing since last 35 years. He has always rose to the cause of humanity, and has raised his voice against various issues concerning the interest of general public like drug trafficking, road safety, safe traffic, environmental issues, garbage issues, illegal constructions, etc. He has published his newsletters in various newspapers in Goa.
