Panaji: Panjim Gymkhana, Goa’s iconic sports facility founded by the state’s first chief minister late Dayanand Bandodkar, is gearing up to host the inaugural edition of the Bandodkar Panjim Gymkhana Tennis Open 2024 in partnership with the Goa State Tennis Association.
The all-Goa state ranking tennis tournament is scheduled to be held between April 1 and April 7, promising a week filled with thrilling encounters and fierce competition. Registration is currently open for the tournament across all categories, with the window scheduled to close on March 25.
In the Open category, participants can compete in under-14 (boys and girls), under-18 (boys and girls), mixed doubles, men's doubles, ladies singles and men's singles. For veterans, the categories are 45+ singles, 45+ doubles, 55+ singles and 55+ doubles. Participants are allowed to register in up to three categories.
