The SFX Parish Youth in Duler-Mapusa will organise a blood donation drive at St Anthony’s High School, Duler, on October 31 from 10 am to 12.30 pm. The drive is being organised by the St Francis Xavier Parish Youth on the occasion of the Diocesan Youth Day celebrated in the Archdiocese on Sunday and is in keeping with the focus of the Parish on ‘Care and Grief Ministry’ in the prevailing pandemic situation, so as to reach out in service to all irrespective of creed, class or caste. Those fit enough to donate blood from Mapusa and surrounding areas are urged to register themselves by contacting Nigel on Ph: 7798909205. Walk-ins will also be appreciated, states a press note issued by SFX Church Parish Priest Fr Anthony Fernandes and SFX Parish Youth Project Coordinator Priyanka Carrasco.
