The Lions Club of Canacona and Leo Club of Canacona is marking The 75th Independence Day Of India With an online elocution competition 'Mera Desh'. This competition has been organised in three different categories: Category 1: Std 5th to Std 7th , Topic: India of my Dreams; Category 2: Std 8th to Std 12th, Topic: India in 21st Century; Category 3: Open to all other Ages , Topic: My India My Pride. Competitors can speak in English, Hindi, Konkani or Marathi. Time limit is a maximum of 3 minutes. Last date to send videos for those participating is August 14. Medals will be given to the top three winners in each category. E-certificate will be provided to all participants. Results will be announced on August 15.
