Youthcon-- a group of 5 enterprising students from Dempo College have collaborated with Funky Heads- Goa’s first event company to present ‘Countdown 2021’ at International Centre Goa on December 31 from 7pm onwards.
Countdown 2021 is Goa’s biggest open-air New year’s Eve party featuring a plethora of artists, performers and Djs while following all social-distancing protocols and safety norms.
The party will feature DJ Reonn, DJ Crizac, Dj Priyanka and the headline, DJ Benz, Silvano and Alrica will sway the crowd with their melodious voices. Fire artists and Russian dancers to add to the wow factor. A special arena for kids with chaperones to keep them occupied in a safe and responsible way. Fireworks go off at midnight.
Founder of Funky Heads, Parvez Shaikh says, “Keeping the current global pandemic situation in mind, we decided to stay true to the party spirit of Goa while maintaining all the current SOPs put in place to keep everyone safe.”
Youthcon team said, “Goa is the only state in India capable of hosting a NYE Party on a big platform and we are here to welcome everyone who wishes to celebrate the New Year responsibly.”
