Srinivassa Sinai Dempo College of Commerce and Economics BBA Department's HR club, 'Alchemist', organised an interaction session titled 'Adapting to change: HR's role in organizational resilience' as a part of the 'Walk the Talk' series.
The resource person was Yogesh Arora, Head of Human Resources, Administration & Corporate Social Responsibility, at Deccan Fine Chemicals Pvt Ltd. Arora addressed the Dempo College BBA students and shared his experiences in the corporate sector, including challenging situations, providing insights into how HR can tackle change at the workplace. The talk was hosted by the Alchemist Club heads Palak Vardhan and Hajara Shah.
