PANAJIThe orientation cum induction programme 2022-23 for first year students was held at Dnyanprassarak Mandal’s College and Research Centre. While addressing the event chief guest Rohit Wadkar, executive editor (events) at Prudent Media stated, “World is a playground. Write your own rules and play the game. Today, along with global presence, regional ideas are also given a lot of importance and this has created lot of opportunities in every nook and corner of the world and the students should learn to grab them.” Asking the students to enjoy their college life by participating in curricular and extracurricular activities Wadkar highlighted that at the same time they should have plan A, B and C for their future. Recollecting his college days in DMC Wadkar mentioned that the college has flourished a lot under the leadership of the principal Prof D B Arolkar. Besides academics, DMC offers different opportunities to the students to excel and the core value of the college is discipline. “Don’t worry about the future, keep learning and life will take care of the rest and you will have no regrets,” advised Prof D B Arolkar in his welcome address.
