Dr Mehndiratta honoured with Lifetime Achievement Award at GIMACON

VASCO: Dr Anil Mehndiratta, a respected chest physician and DG Shipping-approved medical examiner, has been awarded the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award at GIMACON, the annual Indian Medical Association (IMA) Goa state conference.

Chief Minister Pramod Sawant presented the award during a grand ceremony, recognising Dr Mehndiratta’s significant contributions to medicine. With an impressive career, Dr Mehndiratta served as IMA Goa State President in 2019 and State Secretary in 2012. He has also been IMA Goa’s Website Editor since 2013.

PERNEM: A physical education (PE) teacher from Pernem Kishor Kinalekar from Lokshikshan High School, Dhargal has been awarded Major Dhyansingh National Award by Chaudhari K Har Singh Education Trust, Baraut, Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh.   Around 1000 teachers from 22 States in India had applied for the award, out of which 101 were chosen and honoured with the award.
