Dr Ujvala Madhukar Hanjunkar, Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce at Vidya Prabodhini College of Commerce, Education, Computer and Management, Parvari-Goa, has successfully presented and defended her PhD thesis on September 7 and has been awarded Doctoral degree for her thesis on topic “Transformational Leadership Behaviour in Select IT Companies in India”, submitted to Goa Business School, Goa University.
She carried out her research at Zantye College Research Centre, Narayan Zantye college of Commerce, Bicholim, under the guidance of Prof K. G. Sankaranaryanan.
Transformational leadership behaviour is a one-off topic in the field of Human Resource Management and has been studied for the first time in Goa University. The researcher has studied relationship between Transforamtional leadership Behaviour and Emotional Intelligence, Team reflexivity, Change Management, Organisational Citizenship Behaviour and Creativity of employees in IT Companies in India.
Dr Ujvala Madhukar Hanjunkar is a resident of Bhatty Vaddo, Parra.
