MAPUSA: Residents of Gaunsavaddo, Siolim, will gather to celebrate the Feast of Our Lady of Fatima on Sunday.
The devotion will begin at 5.30 pm with the recitation of the Holy Rosary in front of the life-sized statue of Our Lady of Fatima, located in the courtyard of the Mae De Deus Chapel.
The Feast Mass will follow at 6 pm, with Fr Edal Kumar MSFS as the main celebrant, alongside Fr Sebastian Peter SSS, the chaplain.
After the Eucharistic Celebration, a solemn candlelight procession will take place, accompanied by hymns in honour of Our Lady of Fatima.
Later in the evening, the Gaunsavaddo Recreation Centre will host a gathering to celebrate the festive occasion and promote fellowship among residents of the vaddo.
