Goa Human Resource Development Corporation celebrated its 9th anniversary at a function held at Government College of Arts, Science and Commerce at Sankhalim on Saturday.
Sulakshana Sawant, spouse of Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant who was the Chief guest informed that as many as 4,100 people are working under the GHRDC. She mentioned that the government has completed many infrastructure developmental projects in Goa. Others present on the occasion were GHRDC Vice chairman Keshav Prabhu, GHRDC Board of director Sarvesh Parab, managing Director of GHRDC Narayan Navti, Principal of Government College of Arts, Science and commerce Sanquelim Dr Gervasio Mendes. Managing director of GHRDC Narayan Navti explained in detail about the functioning of GHRDC. On the occasion Sawant released the coffee table book titled 'The journey of GHRDC'. She also felicitated security guards and house keeping staff for their dedicated services. A song of the organisation penned and composed by John Aguiar was released on the occasion.
