Goa State Commission for Protection of Child Rights is hosting a series of webinars on child rights issues through the current month. The initiative is aimed at building awareness on child rights.
Several experts and faculty on related specialised subjects will serve as resource persons at the webinars. On Saturday, a webinar on “Mental well-being of children in the time of Covid -19” will be moderated by Shashikant Punaji, Member of Goa State Commission for Protection of Child Rights (GSCPCR). Next Tuesday (October 6) “Prioritising issues of care and protection during Covid-19 for children in difficult circumstances” is the subject to be discussed at the webinar.
On October 17, a webinar on “Navigating through Juvenile Justice Systems in times of Covid-19” is slated to be held, moderated by Sushma Mandrekar Chodankar, Chairperson GSCPCR.
