PANAJI: The Goa University has selected the men badminton team for the West Zone inter-university badminton men championship 2023-24, scheduled from December 25 to 29 to be held at Devi Ahilya University, Indore (MP).
The teams kit distribution and farewell function were organised on December 21, at the Sports Section, Goa University, in the presence of Balachandra Jadar, Asst. Director of Physical Education and Sports, Goa University, Dr Shailendra Gaonkar, Assistant Sports Officer, Goa University, Dewaraj Hirekurabar, Team Manager, and Gosh Mohammad Nadaf, Team Coach.
The following players will represent Goa University: Sahil Sayed, Mohammad Sheikh, Ayaan Shaikh, Soham Mandrekar, Anuj Vernekar, Chirag Mahale, and Abhishek Swami.
