PANAJIThe International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) will be celebrating Shri Krishna Janmasthami on August 22 at Institute Menezes Braganza hall from 7-9 pm. There are also celebrations at Porvorim on August 17 at Jeevottam Matt at 7 pm, at Taleigao on August 24 at Sri Kshetra Pimpaleshwar Datta Mandir, Chincholim-Bhatlem at 7 pm and at Chodan on August 21 at Chodan community hall at 10.30 am. There will be kirtan, pravachan by renowned speakers, abhishek, cultural presentation and aarti followed by maha-prasadam.
3-day event for Divyangas at Caculo Mall starts
PANAJIAs part of the Independence Day celebrations Caculo Mall in collaboration with the Disability Rights Association of Goa (DRAG) conducted an event for the persons with disabilities. The three day programme will have stalls put up by the specially-abled at the atrium in Caculo Mall to sell their products.
