Meteora, the annual inter-collegiate event of Don Bosco College was recently held at the College oratory. Inaugurated by Gavin Dias, general manager at the Goa Tourism Development Corporation the event was held in the presence of the director of the college, Fr Joaquim Lobo, Principal Dr Cedric Silveira, faculty in-charge assistant professor Shantanu Arlekar, Meteora chairperson Ralina Soares, Meteora vice-chairperson Ishita Rao, general secretary Vishal Jha and cultural secretary Mrunalini Pai. Eight colleges participated “ SS Dempo College, Dhempe College, Caculo College (Saraswat), Indian Institute of Technology, Don Bosco College of Engineering, Padre Conceicao College of Engineering, Father Agnel’s College of Arts and Commerce, Pilar and Vidya Prabhodini College. There were on stage and off stage and sports events. There was a football match too between Don Bosco High School Panaji and the Margaret Bosco Bal Sadan, Bastora.
