Six of the 11 members at Borim panchayat have moved a no-confidence motion against Borim sarpanch Bhavana Naik and Deputy Sarpanch Sunil Savkar.

In a letter to the Ponda BDO, the six panchas Vinay Parpati, Tukaram Borkar, Ramdas Gaude, Jyoti Naik, Dipika Naik and Rupali Naik alleged that both the sarpanch and deputy had not taken other panch members into confidence.
