PANAJI
The annual novenas at Holy Cross Vodlem bhat Utorda will commence on May 4 with maddi at 12 pm. The feast will be celebrated on May 14 after a gap of two years due to the Covid pandemic. The Litanies will start at 7 pm sharp every evening. The families of members of the cross partake in this traditional annual religious event in good faith and those out of station make a point to attend the novena's or atleast the feast ceremony. It is one of the oldest crosses in the locality. This year, the feast will be celebrated by the family of the late Jose Constancio Fernandes.
