MARGAO
The Maina Curtorim police has rescued a minor boy from Delhi after he had gone missing from his residence at Curtorim on August 17. A complaint to this effect was lodged by the parents of the body stating that some unknown accused persons kidnapped his minor son from his lawful guardianship. During the course of investigation, upon verifying CCTV Footage of Konkan Railway Police Station, it was seen that the minor boy was boarding Delhi bound train. Further upon verifying his laptop internet history it was revealed that, he had searched Cricket Academy Delhi. A team comprising of police constables Ejaz Sakli and Samir Shaikh sent to Delhi traced the minor boy with the help of local Police of Connaught Police Station, Delhi. Investigation of the case is carried out by LPSI, Sonal Gounkar under the Guidance of PI, Arun A. Gauns Dessai and Supervision of SDPO Margao, Siddhant U. Shirodkar and Overall supervision of SP (South) Tikam Singh Verma.
