The new Goa Heritage Festival (GHF) scheduled to be held from November 15-17 in the Campal Heritage Precinct of Panaji will showcase an exciting range of book launches, discussions and presentations in its IDEAS section, featuring some of the most acclaimed and important exemplars of our times.
