CANACONA: The 19th Foundation Day of Shri Balram Education Society will be celebrated at the Shree Balram Residential High School in Amone-Poinguinim at 11 am on Saturday. Founded by Sports Minister Ramesh Tawadkar, the education society has chalked out a special programme to felicitate the meritorious students of Class 10 and Class 12 of Balram High School and Balram Higher Secondary School. The chief guests will be Rajya Sabha MP Sadanand Shet Tanavade and Ramesh Tawadkar. The institution’s Chairman Ankush Gaonkar said the objective of this celebration is to honour the success of students and encourage them to achieve greater heights.
