PANAJI: The annual star making contest in Margao, organised by the Social Cultural and Welfare Association (SCWA), is set to dazzle on December 21, 2023. Taking place at St Joseph Convent junction, the competition offers a first prize of Rs 10,000, followed by Rs 7,000 for the second and Rs 5,000 for the third, with three consolation prizes of Rs 1,000 each.
The event, open to the first 100 entries on a first-come, first-serve basis, encourages participants to register by 4:30 pm. Judges’ decisions will be final, and all entrants will receive participation mementos.
