Sanjay Centre for Special Education in collaboration with Goa Forest Department, Panaji celebrated Van Mahotsav in the school on July 14. The celebration began with planting medicinal samplings by Chief Guest Mariana D Souza, Forest Range Officer of Forest Department, Panaji, Neetal Amonkar, Member Secretary, Sanjay Centre for Special Education Goa, Porvorim, Guruprasad Pawaskar, State Commissioner, Person with Disability, Tatu Kudalkar, Headmaster, Sanjay Centre for Special Education Goa, along with teachers and students at School Nursery Garden followed by the speech of dignitaries. The programme concluded with the competition “Wealth out of Waste” made by students which was appreciated and rewarded by the guests. Tr. Seema Naik hosted the function.
