Mastering the art of masalas will be held at the Carmelite Monastery Museum Hall, Margao on February 2, at 3.30 pm. Jyoti Naik, a housewife and culinary enthusiast, will be the resource person. The evening will highlight various aspects of masalas and the art of preparing, grinding, storing, and using masalas in various foods and cuisines. Our Lady of Mount Carmel Community OCDS, in collaboration with the Rotary Club of Margao Sunrise, is organising the masterclass.
