To celebrate the 'Rangabhoomi Din' (Theatre Day), Institute Menezes Braganza will be organising various programmes on November 11 and 12. On November 11 'Savesh ekal natyageet gayan' contest will be held at 3 pm for singer artists above 16 years. On November 12, a musical programme 'Mujra Sangeet Rangabhoomila' of artists from Goa as well as outside, will be held along with felicitation of senior stage artists. The application forms should mention the name of the play, character, script and wordings of the song and mobile number of the performer. This information should be emailed to the organisers ([email protected]) or WhatsApp on 9404165142 or submitted in person at IMB.On November 12, 'Mujra Sangeet Rangabhoomila' will begin at 3.30 pm and Mukund Ram Marathe, Dyanesh Bhalchandra Pendharkar and Prachala Amonkar will present vocals. Dattaraj Surlakar (organ), Subhash Fatarpekar (harmonium) and Dattaraj Shetye (tabla) will accompany the singers.
