BJP national president J P Nadda will be visiting Goa for the first time after taking charge as national president.

Nadda's visit is scheduled for December 20. As per information received from BJP sources, Nadda will address a public rally during his visit. He will also conduct District level and booth level meetings with party workers.

The BJP national president is scheduled to conduct a meeting with Chief Minister Pramod Sawant.

Nadda is arriving in the state to take stock of the party’s organisational work in the state.

BJP is claiming to have registered 3-4 lakh workers in the state. With the anti-government agitations, the ruling party's support is getting weaker by the day.

In this situation, Nadda is set to observe how the party is prepared to face the Vidhansabha election which is due to happen after 14 months.

Nadda is also expected to get feedback from the party's old and new workers.
