Anjuna police booked two persons, including a club owner, for allegedly raping a 33-year-old woman.
The victim had lodged a complaint with the police that the owner of Jupiter club and another person repeatedly sexually assaulted her since November 2022.
According to the victim, one Jaydeep and Anil raped her in several occasions at Nagoa and the former had also threatened her with dire consequences to kill.
Anjuna Police registered an offence under Section 376 (rape) and 506 (ii) (criminal intimidation) of the IPC against the duo. Further investigation is on.
