A 72-year-old man from Bicholim lost his life to Covid-19 at Goa Medical College and Hospital on Saturday night. With this, the total victim count of Covid-19 in Goa has risen to 687.
The total confirmed cases have also increased by 115 to 47,804. Of these, 1,327 are presently active while 45,790 have recovered.
On Sunday, the positivity rate stood at 5.75 per cent with 115 samples out of the total 1,998 testing positive.
A total of 3,47,199 people have been tested in Goa so far.
